Congrats! It took me 2 years for Capital One to offer an upgrade on my platinum card. It was my first credit card though, maybe that had something to do with it. You'll enjoy the quicksilver, use it for anything that doesn't fall under any other CB category on other cards.

They did it as a PC so it sounds like everything will remain the same except I'll have a 1.5% rewards card.
